Towns to visit
Patong Beach is the major tourist resort town on Phuket Island it
is famous, or infamous some might say. With its wide variety of
activities and centrally located and night life abounds, Patong is
an ideal place to party and play, and a local shopping mecca, just
relaxing is also very cool. The Kata area has two beaches Kata Yai
and Kata Noi with outstanding beauty, palms and rocket trees line
the beaches and roadways, providing shade, with colorful sun beds
for hire. Kamala beach is one of the most beautiful, and still
largely untouched beaches on Phuket, travel just half an hour from
the airport and 15 minutes north of Patong Beach, Bang Tao Beach
is one of Phuket’s longest and is mostly deserted there is no
beach road and you are unlikely to see any one. The coastal village of Surin Beach is known as millionaire’s row, the entire area is
awash with high end hotels and resorts and restaurants and
eateries. Phuket is known for its seafood and scenery and you
