Passports & Visas
A valid passport is necessary to cover the total length of your journey away from Australia, with at least six months validity from the estimated time you arrive back in Australia. Australian citizens do not require a special visa to enter Thailand, it is simply granted upon entry. If you are not traveling on an Australian passport, please advise what countries passport you will be traveling on, we also advise that six months validity must remain on your passport at the end of this tour.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory on this tour to fully protect you against any unforeseen events that may occur during your time away from Australia, including but not limited to, cancellation fees, airfare and or land content costs, or expenses as the result of illness, strikes, loss of luggage and so forth. It is very inexpensive for the peace of mind. This insurance is not included in the tour price to give you the flexibility of using your own insurance contacts.
Accommodation
Tour prices are based on accommodation with private facilities throughout. It is possible that on some occasions, hotel accommodation may vary slightly to that listed in the itinerary. Your final itinerary that will be posted or emailed to you will have the final details prior to departure.
Baggage
Travel on economy class restricts the traveler to one 23kg {50lbs} bag per person. It is recommended that you take as well a small travel bag for personal items in the aircraft cabin if necessary, however you are reminded that due to updated procedures this additional bag will come under close scrutiny. Also extra baggage may impose extra charges at airports and hotels
Climate
The climate in Thailand averages about 32 degrees celsius day time, but can be very humid depending on rain, and down to around 25 degrees celsius overnight you are advised to travel light, as clothing is very inexpensive buy as you go, you are advised to take a jacket mainly for air travel as it can get quite cold on the aircraft.
Smoking Tips and Taxes
Smoking is not permitted on any flights and at airports and some hotels. In most cases special areas have been set aside for smoking if in doubt please ask, courtesy counts. Tips and taxes created by the tour program have been included in the tour price.
Fit for the trip
In reading these terms and conditions the persons participating in this tour, give us an undertaking that they are reasonably fit and healthy and able to fully take care of themselves and will act in a respectful manner, of the group participants and citizens of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any person with a disability requiring special assistance must be accompanied by a full fare paying companion. Our staff, airline staff, coach crew or any representatives can not provide ongoing service for specialized needs. We reserve the right to accept, or decline or terminate any passenger’s ongoing participation in the tour in certain circumstances.
Inclusions tour
Australian tour guide will be at Brisbane International airport 2 hrs prior to departure, return economy class airfares as specified Brisbane to Bangkok return & Bangkok to Phuket return, all transfers and mini tour entrance fees as per itinerary, meals as specified, hotel accommodation & breakfast, taxes and service charges in Thailand.
Non-inclusions tour
Passport and travel insurance, additional luggage items to those specified in luggage section. Any personal items, and beverages and food items and meals that are not provided by the tour, excess baggage, telephone calls, optional ongoing sight seeing tours arranged by oneself.

Cancellation
Once you have a confirmed reservation and paid for your tour, the ticketing arrangements are non transferable & are set in place for all sectors of the tour, at this stage we are not able to refund, change or cancel restricted air fare & accommodation & mini tours direct to you, due to prices negotiated on your behalf. Changes after this time will be between you and your travel insurance supplier.
Air travel conditions
Thai Airways and the services of any other IATA or non IATA airline may be used in connection with this tour. This itinerary is issued on the sole responsibility of seeitsoon.com.au tours of Thailand and does not obligate Thai Airways or any other airline whose services may be used during the course of this tour.
Fares & costs
The costs involved are shown in AUD $, you will be quoted one inclusive price including taxes that are correct and based on tariffs charges and airfares, accommodation transfers and tours. All these prices are anticipated and can change dramatically and quickly, in the event of fluctuations once you have paid due charges, no other charges are envisaged within the confines of the set out tour.
Booking conditions
The liability and limitations under which the tour operates are detailed in these terms & conditions. The payment of the tour deposit or full payment of the tour price represents acceptance of the said terms & conditions and limitations as displayed on this page.
Reservations
You are advised to reserve your place & confirm participation as soon as practical. A full payment per person is required within 7 days to re-confirm and secure your position. After this has occurred an invoice and receipt and ticketing will be forwarded by email or courier.
